1. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We are committed to the ideal of making our customer interactions and transactions as smooth as possible.
In the event of situations, where you would like to cancel the order, we request you to kindly inform us either by calling us at 091 191 2431383 or by writing to us on email@example.com. The order shall be cancelled and the entire amount refunded within two weeks of order cancellation provided the shipment has not been shipped by us. In case the product has been shipped then no cancellation will be possible. We will not be able to entertain any changes in address, routes etc. once the shipment has been shipped by us.
Pahalwan’s withholds the right to cancel orders of transactions, which seem to be of fraudulent nature and it can choose not to process requests from customers, who are found indulging in such acts.
For any concerns or queries regarding the quality/packaging of the product delivered to you, we request you to contact us at +91 191 2431383 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We will take up the matter immediately and try to work out the quickest and best solution to address your concern.
2. RETURN POLICY
In situations where you receive products in damaged condition or with tampered packaging, we request you to bring the issue to our notice. You may contact us at +91 191 2431383 or email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of having accepted the delivery of the product. We also request you to email us the pictures of the defective product so that we can take up the matter with our packaging department or the delivery partner which ever be the case within 48 hours of order delivery. If the claim is found genuine, we will try to replace the defective product with a fresh one without any charges.
